NEED FURTHER FITTING HELP? PLEASE CONTACT US AFTER TRYING ON THE ITEMS, there might be a better size or style for you and we want to guide you to getting the best fit for your specific needs.

ACCEPTABLE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST FOLLOW THE 5 STEPS BELOW: 

1) RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) REQUIRED: Email for the required RA# and place any request for exchange items at this time too.

2) ALL SALES ARE FINAL 21 DAYS FROM OUR SHIP DATE TO YOU WITH YOU, THE CUSTOMER, FORFEITING ALL CLAIMS: Acceptable return items with required RA# received here within 21 days of our ship date to you will receive, less S&H (Shipping & Handling), a cash refund and/or any requested exchange and/or any items purchased using a Store Credit will receive a Store Credit. S&H is the responsibility of the purchaser on all orders and exchanges.

3) REPACKAGING & MAILING INFO: Email for the required RA# placing it on the outside front and inside the return package, plus inside the package include: 1) the reason for the return --specific fit issues are helpful to guide you to a better fit for exchange or future order (such as: band too loose or too tight, cup too big or too small, brief too big or too small) , and 2) confirm in writing any exchange request desired with your required signature and print your name. Repackage return items carefully to prevent damage: Returned items must be in perfect sellable condition, damaged items will not receive a refund. On contour-lined molded cup bras/swimwear to prevent crushing or creasing the cups: 1) return these items in protective packaging to prevent crushing the cups, using a flat envelope will cause damage 2) inside the cups replace the protective cup filler used to send it to you 3) do not fold one cup side within the other cup as this causes permanent cup creases –thus no refund or credit. Any returned packages lost and/or any merchandise damaged in transit will be the sole responsibility of the customer. 4) UNACCEPTABLE RETURN ITEMS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE: Packages missing the required RA# (your order number is not the RA#) and/or packages not within the Acceptable 21-day return period are deemed Unacceptable returns and we reserve the right to refuse as Unacceptable any return of items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations and/or attached hang-tags are removed and/or attached protective crotch liners are removed and/or items that appear to have been worn and/or have perspiration stains and/or deodorant stains and/or have an odor including tobacco smoke and/or are damaged and/or have any pieces to matching sets not included and/or any item prepackaged in a manufacturer’s special box (such as breast form packaging) that said manufacturer's packaging is damaged or missing are all deemed Unacceptable.

5) RETURN POLICY ACCEPTANCE: This Return Policy is accepted by the purchaser upon submitting an order in any form and the most current Return Policy applies to any exchanges and/or orders the purchaser makes by any method. The Return Policy is subject to change, as needed.
