In-Stock & Special Orders: In stock items can ship in 1-4 days usually. Special Orders will be placed for out of stock non-sale items with the Ship date depending entirely on the manufacturer's delivery timing usually 2-4 weeks or more, depending on availability or need to produce more of your size --your Special Order items will be charged to your card upon mailing to you.

Shipping & Handling (S&H): $10 S&H for total order within U.S. mailed by U.S.P.S. (postal, not UPS). Express Mailing: U.S.P.S. Express Mail (postal, not UPS) 1-2 days mailing time within the USA, requires a signature upon delivery, and is available for an additional cost of $12 in Flat Rate Envelope (for items that fit easily) or for bulkier items and/or larger orders it’s usually $20-$25 extra depending on weight, size, and destination. International Shipping & Handling: Usually $30 S&H for Flat Rate Mailing Envelope, with larger or bulkier orders you will be emailed with S&H cost for your consent. PLEASE LEAVE HANG-TAGS & PROTECTIVE LINERS ATTACHED TO TRY ITEMS ON AND FOR ITEMS WITH A CROTCH PLEASE TRY ON OVER CLEAN PANTIES AND PLEASE REMOVE ANY DEODERANT PRIOR TO TRYING ON T0 KEEP FABRICS CLEAN.

FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES TO BE CONSIDERED ACCEPTABLE (5 STEPS): 

1) RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) REQUIRED: Email for the required RA# and place any request for exchange items at this time too.

2) ALL SALES ARE FINAL 21 DAYS FROM OUR SHIP DATE TO YOU WITH THE CUSTOMER FORFEITING ALL CLAIMS: Acceptable return items with required RA# received here within 21 days of our ship date to you will be fully refunded less S&H (Shipping & Handling) by a credit or a requested exchange made. For Acceptable return items it usually takes 7-10 days for credit to be issued: a credit card purchase gets the original credit card credited, a Store Credit purchase gets a Store Credit, and a bank cleared check purchase gets a check mailed. S&H is the responsibility of the purchaser on all orders and exchanges.

3) REPACKAGING & MAILING INFO: (UPS and FEDX do not deliver to P.O. Boxes)

Email for the required RA# placing it on the outside front and inside the return package, and inside include 1) the reason for the return --specific fit issues are helpful, and 2) confirm in writing any exchange request desired with your required signature and print your name. Repackage return items carefully to prevent damage: Returned items must be in perfect sellable condition, damaged items will not receive credit. On contour-lined molded cup bras/swimwear to prevent crushing or creasing the cups: 1) return these items in protective packaging to prevent crushing the cups, using a flat envelope will cause damage 2) inside the cups replace the protective cup filler used to send it to you 3) do not fold one cup side within the other cup as this causes permanent cup creases. Any returned packages lost and/or any merchandise damaged in transit will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

4) UNACCEPTABLE RETURN ITEMS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE: Packages missing the RA# (your order number is not the RA#) and/or packages not within the Acceptable 21-day return period are deemed Unacceptable returns and we reserve the right to refuse as Unacceptable any return of items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations and/or attached hang-tags are removed and/or attached protective crotch liners are removed and/or items that appear to have been worn and/or have perspiration stains and/or deodorant stains and/or have an odor including tobacco smoke and/or are damaged and/or have any pieces to matching sets not included and/or any item prepackaged in a manufacturer’s special box that said manufacturer's packaging is damaged or missing are all deemed Unacceptable.

5) RETURN POLICY ACCEPTANCE: This Return Policy is accepted by the purchaser upon submitting an order in any form and the most current Return Policy applies to any exchanges and/or orders the purchaser makes by any method. The Return Policy is subject to change, as needed.
